- 1 cup Garbanzo beans soaked overnight and cooked
- 1/4 cup Onion sliced
- 1/4 cup Coconut grated) (optional
- 3 nos Garlic pods
- 3 nos Red chilly
- 2 nos Green chilly slit
- Turmeric powder A pinch
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Roughly grind onion, garlic and red chillies. Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves.
Add ground paste saute well.
Add kadala, turmeric, salt and mix together.
Add grated coconut and mix together.
