For preparing cabbage soup, first cook cabbage, carrot, tomato with garlic, onion, salt and one cup of water in a pressure cooker.
Cool the vegetables and blend in a mixer.
Strain the soup, bring to boil and add vegetable broth and remove vessel from fire. In a frying pan, heat ghee and saute shallots. When the shallots are browned, pour it into the cabbage mixture.
Pour it into a soup bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
