Cabbage-Gobhee-Muttai Kos Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Cabbage chopped
  • 2 nos Cloves
  • 1 no Tomato sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot diced
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 no Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • Pepper powder A pinch
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 3 nos Shallots sliced, Kunjulli
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing cabbage soup, first cook cabbage, carrot, tomato with garlic, onion, salt and one cup of water in a pressure cooker.
  • Cool the vegetables and blend in a mixer.
  • Strain the soup, bring to boil and add vegetable broth and remove vessel from fire. In a frying pan, heat ghee and saute shallots. When the shallots are browned, pour it into the cabbage mixture.
  • Pour it into a soup bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
  • Cabbage soup, a complete healthy diet recipe is ready.
