Fish Grilled With Sprout

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Fish fillets
  • 100 g Sprouted green gram Cherupayar
  • 50 g Green peas
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon grass
  • 1 no Onion grated
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Mix onion, ginger, fish sauce, lemon grass, lemon juice, mint leaves and salt together. Marinate the fish fillets in the mixture and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Cook the fish in a preheated oven in 300 F till both sides are cooked.
  • Put the sprout and green peas over the fish and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Fish grilled with sprout, a healthy, tasty and easy to prepare recipe is ready.
