Oats With Mixed Fruit

Cooked oats mixed with pureed fruits

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Oats powdered
  • Sugar As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Mango sliced into pieces
  • 1 no Banana cut into pieces
  • Cardamom powder A pinch
  • Cashew nuts Few
  • Raisins Few
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Ghee As reqd
  • Salt A pinch

Instructions
 

  • First grind mango and banana to a fine puree. Keep this aside.
  • Mix together all ingredients except milk in a bowl.
  • Boil milk and pour into the mixture.
  • Refrigerate this for half an hour and serve.
  • Oats with mixed fruit, a nutritious dish for kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve chill.
