Dates Coconut Balls - For Kids
Ground almonds combined with dates, other ingredients and rolled out into smooth balls. Kids favorite snack.

- ½ cup Coconut grated and dried
- ½ cup Dates deseeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tsp White sesame seeds
- ½ cup Almonds finley crushed like bread crumbs
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- Salt As reqd
Mix together dates and almonds.
Add grated dry coconut, nutmeg , honey and very little salt to balance the taste of all ingredients.
Make small balls like laddus out of it.(If you find any difficulty in rolling add more honey or dates according to your taste) Keep aside.
Spread the sesame seeds in a flat surface and roll the dates coconut balls in it.
Freeze for few hours and serve.
