Mini Chocolate Chips Muffins

Maida flour mixed with sugar, butter, milk, other ingredients and baked in muffin cups. These mini muffins are finally rolled in sugar cinnamon mixture.

Ingredients
  

  • All Maida) – 1 cu
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 tsp Chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Jathikka
  • Cardamom ground, Elakka
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • Vanilla essence A few drops
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnnamon ground, Karugapatta

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mini chocolate chips muffins, first beat together egg, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, milk and 2 tbsp butter.
  • Sieve together maida and baking powder and stir into milk mixture. Add chocolate chips, nutmeg, vanilla essence, cardamom and mix well.
  • Smear little butter in the muffin cups and fill the cup half with the mixture.
  • Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix together cinnamon with 1/4 cup sugar.
  • Take remaining melted butter in a bowl.
  • Take the muffins out from the cups and dip in the melted butter and roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
  • Mini chocolate chips muffins, a yummy snack with kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve cooled.
