For preparing green peas paneer puffs, mix together mashed green peas, crumbled paneer, garlic, onion, potato, egg, green chillies, pepper and required salt. Mix well and keep aside.
Using maida flour and little water, make a dough resembling chappathy consistency. Roll out into a chappathy.
Place 1 tbsp of green peas mixture in the center. Fold corner to corner to form a triangle and press the edges.
Deep fry in hot oil to a golden brown color. Green peas paneer puffs, a yummy snack, is ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
