Chicken Shreds With Soya

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Chicken shredded
  • 1 no Onion finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup Soya beans boiled in salt water for 15 minutes
  • 3 flakes Garlic crushed)
  • 1 no Tomato finely chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • Pepper powder A pinch
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • First boil the soya beans in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain and preserve the liquid.
  • Heat oil in a pan and sautT onion, garlic and green chillies.
  • When the onion is transparent, add tomato, chilly powder and pepper. SautT well.
  • Stir in chicken pieces and cooked soya chunks. Add preserved salt water and mix well.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes and when the gravy thickens, transfer it into a serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  • Chicken Shreds with soya, a yummy as well as nutritious snack for kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve hot.
