1 cup Chicken (shredded)1 no Onion (finely sliced)1/2 cup Soya beans (boiled in salt water for 15 minutes)3 flakes Garlic (crushed))1 no Tomato (finely chopped)2 nos Green chillies (finely chopped)1 tsp Chilly powderPepper powder (A pinch)1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)1 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) First boil the soya beans in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain and preserve the liquid.Heat oil in a pan and sautT onion, garlic and green chillies.When the onion is transparent, add tomato, chilly powder and pepper. SautT well.Stir in chicken pieces and cooked soya chunks. Add preserved salt water and mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes and when the gravy thickens, transfer it into a serving bowl.Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.Chicken Shreds with soya, a yummy as well as nutritious snack for kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve hot. Others
