Almond With Condensed Milk Sweet
Almond powder cooked with fried semolina, condensed milk, butter and other ingredients

- 250 g Almond powder
- 125 g Coconut grated
- 250 g Semolina/Rava
- 3/4 tin Condensed milk
- 120 g Milk powder
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder Jathikka
- 100 g Butter
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder Elakka
- 1/4 tsp Saffron soaked in 2 tbsp of milk
- Pista For garnishing, chopped
- Almonds For garnishing, flaked
For preparing almond with condensed milk sweet, first roast semolina in ghee until it changes color to light golden color. Turn off the fire.
Now add almond powder, grated coconut, condensed milk, milk powder, nutmeg powder, butter, cardamom powder and saffron into fried semolina and mix well.
Put the pan back on the flame and stir on low flame for a few minutes until mixture leaves the edges of the pan.
Transfer the mixture to a greased tray and garnish with chopped pista and almonds.
Cool the almond with condensed milk sweet and cut into desired shapes.
