Cashew Coconut Cake

Cashew, badam and coconut ground to a fine paste and blended with sugar syrup. Yummy favorite with kids.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Cashew nuts soaked in water
  • 1/2 cup Coconut grated
  • 25 g Badam soaked in water and skinned
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Grind together soaked badam, cashew and grated coconut to a fine paste.
  • Now add half cup of water into sugar and boil to make sugar syrup.
  • When the sugar syrup attains a one string consistency, add the ground cashew coconut paste.
  • Mix well for a few minutes and add ghee and condensed milk.
  • Transfer mixture into a greased plate and cut into pieces of your choice.
  • Simple cashew coconut cake, a favorite with kids as well as elders is ready.
