Cashew Coconut Cake
Cashew, badam and coconut ground to a fine paste and blended with sugar syrup. Yummy favorite with kids.

- 50 g Cashew nuts soaked in water
- 1/2 cup Coconut grated
- 25 g Badam soaked in water and skinned
- 1 cup Condensed milk
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Ghee
Grind together soaked badam, cashew and grated coconut to a fine paste.
Now add half cup of water into sugar and boil to make sugar syrup.
When the sugar syrup attains a one string consistency, add the ground cashew coconut paste.
Mix well for a few minutes and add ghee and condensed milk.
Transfer mixture into a greased plate and cut into pieces of your choice.
Simple cashew coconut cake, a favorite with kids as well as elders is ready.
