Peppery Duck Recipe
Duck pieces mixed with pepper, salt, other ingredients and cooked in a pressure cooker

- 500 g Duck cut into medium sized pieces
- 1 no Potato cubed, small
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 4 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 1/4 cup Oil
- Salt As reqd
For preparing peppery duck recipe, first heat oil in a pressure cooker and stir in turmeric, pepper powder and required salt.
When you feel a nice aroma coming, add duck pieces, vinegar and curry leaves.
Mix well in low heat so that the duck pieces are well coated with pepper and salt.
Now add cubed potatoes and half cup of water.
Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles and remove from fire.
A tasty and traditional peppery duck recipe, is ready. Serve hot with rice, chappathi etc.
