- Duck(cut into medium sized pieces) - 500 g
- Potato(cubed, small) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 4 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing peppery duck recipe, first heat oil in a pressure cooker and stir in turmeric, pepper powder and required salt.
- When you feel a nice aroma coming, add duck pieces, vinegar and curry leaves.
- Mix well in low heat so that the duck pieces are well coated with pepper and salt.
- Now add cubed potatoes and half cup of water.
- Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles and remove from fire.
- A tasty and traditional peppery duck recipe, is ready. Serve hot with rice, chappathi etc.
