Broken Wheat-Daliya Kheer
Broken wheat is cooked with milk, sugar and dry fruits in a pressure cooker

- 3 tbsp Broken wheat/Daliya Nurukku godambu
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 6 tsp Ghee
- 10 nos Cashew nuts
- 10 nos Raisins
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and fry the daliya till light brown in color.
Now add sugar and milk.
Cover the cooker and cook until 4 whistles.
In a pan. heat ghee and fry cashew nuts and raisins. Pour this over the kheer.
Broken wheat/dhaliya kheer, a favorite with kids, is ready.
