Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Boneless chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Chicken masala powder
  • 2 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 no Egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • First mix together egg, garlic powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, chicken masala, green chillies in a bowl.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Now, sift together all purpose flour, paprika, baking powder, salt and mix with bread crumbs.
  • Drain the chicken pieces and discard green chillies. Roll chicken pieces in the bread crumb mixture.
  • Fry the chicken pieces in hot oil till the chicken pieces are cooked and golden brown.
  • Serve chicken/murgh fingers with bread crumbs hot with salad or tomato sauce.
