Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Fish slices washed and drained, boneless
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing easy fish fritters, make a paste adding some water to the following ingredients: corn flour, pepper powder, lime juice, turmeric and required salt.
  • Marinate the drained fish pieces with the paste and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and deep fry the fish fritters to a golden brown color.
  • Easy fish fritters, an easy as well as nutritious dish, is ready.
