For preparing paneer with peas, beans and carrot recipe, first soak the green peas overnight. Pressure cook the green peas upto 1 whistle. Cook carrot, when it is half way put the beans and cook it until it is around 3/4th cooked. If it is fully cooked it will get completely smashed when you cook it with paneer.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the small onions, when it changes to brown color put the dry red chillies, cumin seeds, curry leaves and mustard seeds for few minutes.
Now add the ginger and garlic and saute it for few minutes until it changes the color little bit.
Add the big onion and saute till the onion color changes to brown.
3)Now add the paneer cubes, beans, carrot, peas and tomatoes. Fry in low heat until tomatoes are mashed.
Add kashmiri chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ground coconut and saute well. Add required salt.
Add required water and bring the contents to a boil. Cook in low heat until gravy becomes thick. Make sure the vegetables does not get smashed.
Remove vessel from fire.
