Chinese Beef With Gravy
Beef pieces are marinated in a mixture of soya sauce, red chilly pepper, other ingredients and finally stir fried

- 200 g Beef fine slices
- 1 no Capsicum chopped
- 1 no Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic chopped
- ½ tsp Corn flour
- 1 ½ Soya sauce
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- ½ tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Spring onion chopped
- 1 ½ Oil
- ½ tbsp Water
Cook the beef slices adding vinegar, half cup water and salt.
Drain the beef slices and cut into desired shapes. Keep the stock side.
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, capsicum, onion and cooked beef. Fry for 5 minutes.
Add soya sauce, pepper powder, and beef stock. Bring to boil.
Mix corn flour in a tsp of water and pour into the boiling mixture.
Remove from the fire when the gravy thickens.
Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
