Fish Grilled In Foil
Drained fish pieces are placed on a foil, sprinkled with pepper, salt, other ingredients and finally baked in a oven

- 2 nos Fish fillets
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh parsley minced
- 1 no Carrot sliced lengthwise, small
- 1/4 of Onion sliced
- 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt As reqd
- Pepper powder As reqd
- Foil
- 1 tsp oil
For preparing Fish grilled in foil, first preheat the microwave to 450ª F.
Place the fish fillets in the center of the foil.
Brush the fish pieces with oil and sprinkle pepper and salt.
Place sliced carrot and onion on top of fish pieces and seal the foil.
Place the fish pieces in a shallow microwave friendly pan and grill for 30 minutes.
Take out from the oven and unfold the grilled fish in foil.
Garnish with minced parsley.
Fish grilled in foil is ready.It is a nutritious dish with low oil consumption. Serve hot.
