Place chicken pieces into large bowl of salted water and allow to soak for approximately 30 minutes.
Beat egg and mix with milk in a bowl.
Mix flour, accent, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame.
Remove the chicken pieces from salted water and dry using paper towels/tissues.
Place the chicken pieces in flour mixture and then in milk/eggs mixture and back into flour mixture again.
:- One piece at a time making sure that each piece is covered completely during each step.
Place the chicken pieces in a pan for frying. Cook covered, turning occasionally for about 25 - 30 minutes.
Make sure that the chicken is completely fried, and then place the chicken pieces on paper towels/tissues to drain the oil.
