- Chicken pieces(medium sized piecess) - 1 kg
- Egg - 1 no
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 2 cups
- Accent(seasoning) - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Water - 1 litre
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(For frying) -

Instructions
- Place chicken pieces into large bowl of salted water and allow to soak for approximately 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, accent, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame.
- Remove the chicken pieces from salted water and dry using paper towels/tissues.
- Place the chicken pieces in flour mixture and then in milk/eggs mixture and back into flour mixture again. :- One piece at a time making sure that each piece is covered completely during each step.
- Place the chicken pieces in a pan for frying. Cook covered, turning occasionally for about 25 - 30 minutes.
- Make sure that the chicken is completely fried, and then place the chicken pieces on paper towels/tissues to drain the oil.
