2 cans Canned tuna fish1 large Tomato (chopped)1 large Onion (sliced)Curry leaves (A sprig)2 tsp Ginger (sliced)4 cloves Garlic (sliced)3 tbsp Fish masala powder1 tsp Chilly powder1 tbsp Coriander powder1 cup WaterSalt (As reqd)2 tbsp Oil1 tsp Pepper Powder Drain water and oil from the canned tuna fish and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till brown. Add ginger, garlic and curry leaves and saute for a few minutes. Add tomatoes along with little salt and stir till the tomatoes are mashed. Now add fish masala powder, chilly powder and coriander powder and stir for a few minutes till the oil separates from the masala. Mix the tuna fish along with 1 cup water, pepper powder and cook for 5 minutes.Remove from flame and pour few drops of coconut oil.:- serve with rice Others
