Tuna Fish Curry
Fish curry in less than 10 minutes

Ingredients

Canned tuna fish
1
large
Tomato
chopped
1
large
Onion
sliced
Curry leaves
A sprig
2
tsp
Ginger
sliced
4
cloves
Garlic
sliced
3
tbsp
Fish masala powder
1
tsp
Chilly powder
1
tbsp
Coriander powder
1
cup
Water
Salt
As reqd
2
tbsp
Oil
1
tsp
Pepper Powder
Instructions
Drain
water
and
oil
from the canned tuna fish and keep aside.
Heat
oil
in a pan and saute onions till brown.
Add
ginger
,
garlic
and
curry leaves
and saute for a few minutes.
Add tomatoes along with little
salt
and stir till the tomatoes are mashed.
Now add fish masala powder, chilly powder and
coriander powder
and stir for a few minutes till the
oil
separates from the masala.
Mix the tuna fish along with 1 cup
water
,
pepper powder
and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from flame and pour few drops of
coconut oil
.
:- serve with rice
