Tuna Fish Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Canned tuna fish
  • 1 large Tomato chopped
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • Curry leaves A sprig
  • 2 tsp Ginger sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 3 tbsp Fish masala powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder

Instructions
 

  • Drain water and oil from the canned tuna fish and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till brown.
  • Add ginger, garlic and curry leaves and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add tomatoes along with little salt and stir till the tomatoes are mashed.
  • Now add fish masala powder, chilly powder and coriander powder and stir for a few minutes till the oil separates from the masala.
  • Mix the tuna fish along with 1 cup water, pepper powder and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from flame and pour few drops of coconut oil.
  • :- serve with rice
