Radish Paratha - Healthy Breakfast

Grated radish/mooli mixed with atta, other ingredients and kneaded into a dough for preparing parathas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat flour/Atta
  • 1/4 cup Radish grated, Mooli
  • 3/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 1/4 cup Curd/yogurt
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing radish paratha, mix all the ingredients together: atta, grated mooli, chilly powder, turmeric powder, curd, required salt, little warm water and knead into a soft dough.
  • Divide the entire dough into medium sized balls and roll out into parathas on a floured surface.
  • Heat a tawa and cook the radish paratha on both sides smearing a little oil on each side. Cook until brown spots appear on the paratha.
  • Radish/mooli paratha, a nutritious recipe, is ready. Serve hot with side dish and enjoy.
