Palak Paneer Tikki
Mashed potato mixed with paneer and chopped palak to prepare tikkis

- 50 g Fresh paneer crushed, not frozen
- 1 no Potato cooked and mashed
- 3 nos Palak leaves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- Ghee For frying
- Salt As reqd
For preparing palak paneer tikki, mix together crushed paneer, mashed potato and chopped palak.
Add required salt and mix well.
Make small tikkis and dip them in rice flour.
Take a non-stick pan and heat some ghee. Cook the tikkis on both sides till golden brown in color.
Palak paneer tikki, a yummy nutritious recipe, is ready. Serve hot.
