  • 50 g Fresh paneer crushed, not frozen
  • 1 no Potato cooked and mashed
  • 3 nos Palak leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • Ghee For frying
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing palak paneer tikki, mix together crushed paneer, mashed potato and chopped palak.
  • Add required salt and mix well.
  • Make small tikkis and dip them in rice flour.
  • Take a non-stick pan and heat some ghee. Cook the tikkis on both sides till golden brown in color.
  • Palak paneer tikki, a yummy nutritious recipe, is ready. Serve hot.
