Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Boneless chicken pieces mixed with garlic,pepper, other ingredients and deep fried after mincing

- 250 g Chicken boneless
- 1 no Egg
- 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 no Onion chopped, small
- 1/4 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- Oil As reqd for frying
- Salt As reqd
For preparing chicken nuggets recipe, first place boneless chicken pieces in a bowl.
Add garlic paste, black pepper and required salt. Mix well.
Stir in chopped onion and continue mixing.
Mince the meat mixture in a chopper until soft.
Place the minced meat in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the entire meat into nugget shapes and coat with maida.
Meanwhile, beat an egg.
Dip each flour coated nugget in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.
Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan and deep fry the chicken nuggets to a golden brown color.
