Kerala Kaada - Quail Fry is a delicious non vegetarian dish, very tasty and nutritious. Cleaned quails are marinated with a spicy chilly mixture for a few minutes and deep fried in enough oil to a golden brown color. Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Quail Kaada
  • Oil As reqd
  • 2 sprigs Curry leaves

For preparing marinade:

  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Garam masala A pinch
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 4 cloves garlic ground
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing quail fry recipe, first mix together the ingredients for marinade: chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, garlic and required salt.
  • Apply the marinade on the washed and drained quails.
  • Marinate quails for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and dip in curry sprigs. Place the marinated quails on top and deep fry to a golden brown color.
  • Kaada (Quail) fry recipe, a tasty and nutritious recipe, is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
