Instructions
In a kadai splutter mustard seeds.
Add chopped onion.
When the onion is fried add turmeric powder and salt.
In a mixer, crush the coconut, green chillies, shallot and curry leaves.(This should only be lightly crushed).
Add this to the kadai. Mix for a minute in low flame.
In a bowl beat the eggs with salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder.
Pour this to the kadai.
Stir well and make it to an egg burgi consistency.
Serve hot with rice.
