Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Egg
  • 1 tbsp Coconut
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 2 tsp Onion chopped into small peices
  • 1 no Shallots Kunjuli
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • Black pepper powder A pinch
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • In a kadai splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add chopped onion.
  • When the onion is fried add turmeric powder and salt.
  • In a mixer, crush the coconut, green chillies, shallot and curry leaves.(This should only be lightly crushed).
  • Add this to the kadai. Mix for a minute in low flame.
  • In a bowl beat the eggs with salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder.
  • Pour this to the kadai.
  • Stir well and make it to an egg burgi consistency.
  • Serve hot with rice.
