Instructions
Wash rice and soak in water for 45 minutes. Then drain water.
Take a pressure cooker and heat some ghee.
Add onion and saute till golden in color. Add all spices: cardamon, cloves, bay leaves and cinnamon.
Add water and required salt. When water boils, add rice. Cover pressure cooker and cook for 1 whistle. Open lid when cool. Ghee rice ready.
