Dates Pickle With Carrot

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Dates seeds removed
  • 250 g Carrot sliced into small pieces
  • 30g or Dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing dates pickle with carrot, first grind together dates and dry red chillies with vinegar to a smooth paste.
  • Take a clean and dry glass bottle. Put the thinly sliced carrot pieces first.
  • Add ground dates vinegar mix.
  • Add sugar, required salt and mix well.
  • Close the bottle with a tight lid and keep aside for two days.
  • Dates pickle with carrot, an oil free mouthwatering recipe is ready.
