Instructions
For preparing dates pickle with carrot, first grind together dates and dry red chillies with vinegar to a smooth paste.
Take a clean and dry glass bottle. Put the thinly sliced carrot pieces first.
Add ground dates vinegar mix.
Add sugar, required salt and mix well.
Close the bottle with a tight lid and keep aside for two days.
Dates pickle with carrot, an oil free mouthwatering recipe is ready.
