Banana Custard With Vanilla

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup Ripe banana pieces sliced round
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • For preparing banana custard with vanilla, first add 1 cup water and sugar to the banana pieces.
  • Cook the banana pieces in medium flame stirring now and then. Remove the vessel from flame when the banana pieces are done.
  • Whisk the egg and mix with milk. Pour the milk mixture into the banana mix.
  • Cook the banana mix in very low fire till it attains a thick consistency. Remove from fire and allow it to cool.
  • Flavour banana custard with vanilla essence and serve.
