Easy Broccoli Manchurian

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups All purpose flour Maida
  • 1/2 cup Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Water as needed to make a thick batter
  • Oil As reqd for deep frying
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 medium Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 no Onion cut into 1" pieces, big
  • 2 nos Capsicum cut into 1" sizes
  • 2 tbsp/as Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Make a thick batter using flour,corn flour, pepper, salt and little water.(add water little by little and whisk well).
  • Dip Broccoli florets in the batter and fry it in oil until the coating becomes lightly golden brown and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • In the remaining oil, saute the finely chopped ginger and garlic.
  • Add capsicum and onions and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add fried broccoli florets and mix well.
  • Add chilly sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce and mix well. 7)Enjoy Broccoli manjurian and serve hot.
