Oats cutlet, an evening time snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 2 tsp Cheese grated
  • 2 tsp Carrot grated
  • Lime juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 no Potato cooked
  • 2 tsp All purpose flour Maida

Instructions
 

  • Mash all ingredients except bread crumbs.
  • Make balls and flatten like a cutlet.
  • Roll in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry in oil or grill in oven. Oats cutlet is ready. Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
