Oats Cutlet
Oats cutlet, an evening time snack

- 1/2 cup Oats
- 2 tsp Cheese grated
- 2 tsp Carrot grated
- Lime juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tsp Chilly powder
- Salt As reqd
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 no Potato cooked
- 2 tsp All purpose flour Maida
Mash all ingredients except bread crumbs.
Make balls and flatten like a cutlet.
Roll in bread crumbs.
Deep fry in oil or grill in oven. Oats cutlet is ready. Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
