Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add small onion, red chily, jeerakam, crushed ginger, curry leaves and saute well.
Add chopped bitter gourd, coconut, green chillies and salt.
Add a little water(just to cook). Cover with a lid and cook for 5-6 minutes in medium flame.
