Endive Cheese Salad
Curly endive leaves, member of chicory family, is mixed with baked goat`s cheese and other ingredients.

- 150 g Curly endive leaves chopped into long stalks
- 4 slices Goat’s cheese
- Black pepper As reqd, ground
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes cut in halves
- 1 no Cucumber cut in small pieces, small
- 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
For preparing endive cheese salad, first brush the goat¦s cheese with olive oil and season with ground black pepper.
Place the goat¦s cheese in a preheated grill and cook for 3 minutes until golden in color.
Take a serving dish and arrange baked goat¦s cheese, endive leaves, cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber. Drizzle with white wine vinegar.
Highly nutritious and yummy endive cheese salad is ready.
