Cut chicken into very small pieces(shouldn¦t be bigger than 2 cm)
Mix them with chilly powder, chicken masala, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. Marinate it for half an hour.
Chop porotta into small pieces by keeping on a cutting board, using a good knife, to about 1 or 2 cm in length.(Frozen porottas can be used only after it¦s defrosted.
Fry chicken pieces in oil and keep aside.
In the same frying pan in which chicken was fried, preserve some oil in which chicken was fried and put the chopped porotta pieces. Stir for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, put chopped onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies and stir for 3 minutes.
Add fried chicken and porotta into it. Mix well for about 2 minutes.
Add some garam masala if you like.
Add chopped tomatoes and required salt. Fry for some time and serve hot.
