Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves Pudina
  • 3/4 cup Coconut grated
  • Ginger a small piece
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2 nos Shallots Kunjulli
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Lime juice As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Pudina Chutney, grind together mint leaves, grated coconut, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, shallots and curry leaves.
  • Add lime juice and required salt to the ground mixture. Mix well.
  • Pudina chutney, an apt side dish for biriyani, is ready.
