Malabar Style Pepper Chicken

This is an easy to prepare dry dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 2 nos Onion medium size
  • 5 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 10 leaves Curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into small pieces.
  • Crush the onions.
  • Add crushed onion, salt, pepper powder, and turmeric powder on the chicken pieces.
  • Mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Take a pan. Heat the pan and put the marinated chicken pieces. Cover with a lid and cook in low flame.
  • When the chicken pieces are fully dry add curry leaves and oil.
  • Your chicken dish is ready. Serve hot.
