Broccoli With Tomato Curry
A nutritional curry recipe prepared by cooking broccoli leaves in milk.

- 150 g Broccoli
- 100 g Tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup Skimmed milk
- 5 g Rice flour
- 1 no Onion chopped, medium
- Pepper powder As reqd
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onion and tomato.
Mix rice flour in milk and pour this mixture into the onion tomato mixture.
Add required salt and broccoli leaves. Cook in low heat until the broccoli leaves are cooked.
Remove from fire and sprinkle required pepper powder. Serve hot.
