Broccoli With Tomato Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Broccoli
  • 100 g Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup Skimmed milk
  • 5 g Rice flour
  • 1 no Onion chopped, medium
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onion and tomato.
  • Mix rice flour in milk and pour this mixture into the onion tomato mixture.
  • Add required salt and broccoli leaves. Cook in low heat until the broccoli leaves are cooked.
  • Remove from fire and sprinkle required pepper powder. Serve hot.
