Instructions
Marinate chicken with garlic, ginger, vinegar and light soy sauce. Keep aside for an hour.
When ready, heat an iron pot or wok. Add sunflower oil and fry the diced onion till soft.
Add the marinated chicken and mix well. Add 1 cup of water and bring to boil. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Open and add green chillies and ginger wine. Cover and bring to boil. Add chopped garlic seasoned in oil.
Chicken john crow is ready. Goes well with white rice/Basmati and cabbage & cucumber salad
