Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Chicken cut into medium sized pieces, small
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 no Onion diced, large
  • 1 tbsp Refined sunflower oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 6 nos Green chillies optional, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp Ginger wine
  • 6 nos Garlic cloves chopped finely

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with garlic, ginger, vinegar and light soy sauce. Keep aside for an hour.
  • When ready, heat an iron pot or wok. Add sunflower oil and fry the diced onion till soft.
  • Add the marinated chicken and mix well. Add 1 cup of water and bring to boil. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Open and add green chillies and ginger wine. Cover and bring to boil. Add chopped garlic seasoned in oil.
  • Chicken john crow is ready. Goes well with white rice/Basmati and cabbage & cucumber salad
