Ingredients
- Chicken(cut into medium sized pieces, small) - 1 no
- Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Onion(diced, large) - 1 no
- Refined sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Green chillies(optional, sliced lengthwise) - 6 nos
- Ginger wine - 1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves(chopped finely) - 6 nos

Instructions
- Add the marinated chicken and mix well. Add 1 cup of water and bring to boil. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Open and add green chillies and ginger wine. Cover and bring to boil. Add chopped garlic seasoned in oil.
- Chicken john crow is ready. Goes well with white rice/Basmati and cabbage & cucumber salad
