Fish Baked In Portughese Style
Fish baked in potughese style with doted butter on top

- 500 g Fish pieces washed and pressed dry
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 2 dsp Tomato sauce
- 3 dsp Cheese grated
- 1 dsp Lime juice
- 3 dsp Onions minced
- 1/2 tsp Ginger minced
- 2 dsp Butter
- 2 dsp Water
- Salt As reqd
Make a batter of tomato sauce, grated cheese, lime juice, chilly powder, pepper powder, minced onion, ginger and required salt.
Marinate the fish pieces in this batter for 15 minutes.
Take a baking dish and arrange the marinated fish pieces. Pour water and bake in 375 degree.
Towards the end, dot butter all over the top and when the gravy thickens, remove from oven.
Fish baked in portughese style is ready and serve hot.
