Sprouted green gram and grated coconut ground together to make delicious dosas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Whole Green gram sprouted, Cheru payaru
  • 1/2 of Coconut grated
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • Ginger a small piece
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Grind together sprouted green gram and grated coconut to a fine paste. Keep this batter aside for 2 hours.
  • Grind together green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and required salt. Add this to the green gram batter.
  • Roll out into dosas and fry on both sides.
  • Green gram dosa, a highly nutritious recipe, for people with diabetics and diet lovers, is ready.
