Sprouted green gram and grated coconut ground together to make delicious dosas

- 1 cup Whole Green gram sprouted, Cheru payaru
- 1/2 of Coconut grated
- 2 nos Green chillies
- Ginger a small piece
- Curry leaves Few
- Salt As reqd
Grind together sprouted green gram and grated coconut to a fine paste. Keep this batter aside for 2 hours.
Grind together green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and required salt. Add this to the green gram batter.
Roll out into dosas and fry on both sides.
