Drumstick Flowers-Muringapoo Thoran
Drumstick flowers mixed with grated coconut and cooked in a natural style.

- 2 cups Drumstick flowers Muringapoo
- 1 cup Coconut grated
- 1 tbsp Green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp Urad dal Uzhunnu parippu
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Take a frying pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and splutter mustard seeds and add urad dal, green chillies and curry leaves.
Add grated coconut and saute for some time.
When the coconut changes to a light golden color, stir in drumstick flowers and add required salt. Mix and pour some water.
Cover with a lid and cook in low heat until the water evaporates completely.
Muringapoo thoran is ready and serve hot.
