Pappaya Pachadi
Grated pappaya mixed with curd and other veggies. Very natural and easy dish.

- 1/2 cup Pappaya grated
- 1/2 cup Coconut grated
- 1/4 cup Fresh Curd without getting sour
- Ginger one small piece
- 1 no Green chilly with seeds removed
- Curry leaves As reqd, chopped
- Coriander leaves As reqd, chopped
Grind together grated coconut with green chilly and ginger.
Mix the coconut mixture with grated pappaya, fresh curd, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves and required salt.
Keep the pappaya pachadi aside for some time and serve.
