Pappaya Pachadi

Grated pappaya mixed with curd and other veggies. Very natural and easy dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Pappaya grated
  • 1/2 cup Coconut grated
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Curd without getting sour
  • Ginger one small piece
  • 1 no Green chilly with seeds removed
  • Curry leaves As reqd, chopped
  • Coriander leaves As reqd, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Grind together grated coconut with green chilly and ginger.
  • Mix the coconut mixture with grated pappaya, fresh curd, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves and required salt.
  • Keep the pappaya pachadi aside for some time and serve.
