Instructions
Mix all the ingredients, except oil, with sufficient water in order to make a soft and smooth dough.
Kneed it well for 5-10 minutes. Keep it covered and allow it to stand for 4-5 hrs.
Make it into balls and roll out into circles and deep fry in hot oil.
Yummy battura is ready and enjoy.
