Vanilla essence
Instructions
Sieve maida and cocoa together.
Add sugar powder and fat. Rub in lightly using finger tips until it resembles bread crumbs.
Add vanilla essence and mix gently into a smooth ball.
Roll out onto a floured surface and cut out using biscuit cutters.
Carefully arrange on a greased baking tray.
Mark with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celcius for 10 minutes.
