Easy Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 no Carrot scraped
  • 1/4 cup Coconut milk
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Take a vessel and put chopped tomatoes and scraped carrot. Pour 2 cups water and cook in medium heat.
  • When the vegetables are done, stir with a ladle and mash them.
  • Seive the mashed vegetables and gather the stock.
  • Pour coconut milk into the vegetable stock and add required salt.
  • Easy tomato soup is ready and serve hot.
