Ladies Finger-Okra Soup
A simple and nutritious okra soup which can be prepared in a few minutes

- 75 g Ladies finger chopped, Okra
- 1/4 of Coconut grated
- 100 g Jaggery Sarkara
- 1/2 tsp Cummin seeds powdered, Jeerakam
Boil jaggery with a little water and when it becomes liquid, remove from flame. Keep this aside.
Chop the ladies finger and add 4 glasses of water. Boil and cook for 20 minutes.
Seive the mixture and gather the stock.
Into the stock, pour melted jaggery, coconut milk and powdered cummin.
Seive the whole mixture again and serve.
Ladies finger/okra soup is ready and serve hot.
